Everyone knows the importance of exercise. Lack of it leads to increased risk of heart disease and higher chance of physical defects, and poorer mental health as studies have shown the positive impact exercise has on improving mental health. It can be difficult to get ourselves motivated, as we all go through bursts of motivation only to then fall back into bad habits and our normal routines. Whereas something outside of our normal lives in quite a big way can be enticing and more enjoyable, making us more likely to exercise and keep at it.

Paddle boards in this sense are a great option, as water sports in general tend to come, they are becoming more and more popular amongst the UK population as a way to get out on the water.
